SHIPPING
Shipping and handling fees apply to all orders. We ship using Canada Post with orders to Canadian destinations taking on average between 2 – 10 business days to arrive from date of posting. A tracking number is provided for your order. If you are ordering multiple items charges may vary dependent on size and weight of final packaging. Please choose from the shipping options on the checkout page the one which best suits your need with regards to speed of delivery. Shipping fees will be quoted at the time of ordering. We strive to process orders and have them shipped within 3-7 business days of them being placed.
Printmaking
Smaller prints are shipped flat with waterproof plastic protection included with packaging. Dependent on size work will be mailed in a bubble mailer or a custom cardboard portfolio. Some small works may be shipped rolled in a postal tube dependent on paper type used and size of order.
Larger prints are supplied rolled a postal tube for protection. Open gently and allow to uncurl with the edges weighted down before framing.
Please note all prints are sold UNFRAMED. My products are handmade and original, so slight variations from the advertised imagesmay occur. All sizes of works are given as close approximates.
Refunds and Exchanges

Currently we are not able to do refunds for any items in store.
Exchanges
If you are unhappy about your purchase, please notify us via email at admin@thecreolefactory.org within 3 days of receipt to enquire about an exchange. Provided products are in perfect, saleable condition and in the case of printmaking still in their original packaging, they can be returned and exchanged for another product of equal or lesser value. If desirous of exchanging for a product of higher value, the difference will have to be paid. When returning items, postage will have to be paid by the customer.Â
Damaged Goods
In circumstances where items are delivered in a damaged state we offer to exchange the item for another of its kind or dependent on the case an item of similar value to the original bought. Customers must notify us via email at admin@thecreolefactory.org within 3 days of receipt of item to be eligible for this type of exchange. Images of the item in its damaged state will be required to be presented to prove damage claim. The customer is responsible for the return of the item to the.creole.factory, inclusive of postage payment. After we receive the item, the replacement will be sent to the customer.
